Marcia has been working with children for over 15 years. She volunteered in North Coast Church Children’s Ministries for 4 years before coming on staff in 2005. She runs the Special Needs Ministry, taught Mommy and Me classes and summer camps for the YMCA and has taught American Sign Language in a number of local school districts. She will be implementing sign language throughout the Preschool, for infants through Pre-K. She also shares the role of Atelierista, working and researching with the children in the Atelier.
